Seasoned Salmon

Several years ago, my Dad gave me a recipe for cooking/grilling salmon. I think the recipe he gave me originated from a cooking show, but I'm not sure which one. I have adapted the recipe so that it better fits the SB way of eating. I usually serve with a salad or seasoned brown rice.
Seasoned Salmon
1 salmon fillet (we usually buy 1.5 lbs)
lemon juice (1/4 to 1/2 cup)
lemon-pepper seasoning
garlic powder
parsley (I use dried parsley flakes)
Find a shallow baking pan large enough to fit your fillet. Line the dish with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick spray. Lay the fillet on the aluminum foil. Pour the lemon juice all over the fish. Sprinkle with lemon-pepper seasoning and garlic powder. Sprinkle parsley over top. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 F.
